Welcome to Tokenmaxx, a token usage tracking platform operated by Gfeller Web Solutions, Luzern, Switzerland. By creating an account, signing in, installing the desktop app, syncing usage data, or using tokenmaxx.dev, you agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use Tokenmaxx.
Tokenmaxx helps measure AI coding assistant token usage. The desktop app scans supported local usage files, prepares rollups, and syncs aggregate usage data to Tokenmaxx. Tokenmaxx shows private dashboards and public aggregate stats, including GitHub display information, leaderboard entries, public profiles, contribution graphs, and badge images. Public aggregate stats are visible by default.
You are responsible for your GitHub account, your devices, and your use of Tokenmaxx. You may use Tokenmaxx only if you are at least 16 years old, or old enough to consent to online services in your location, and allowed to use GitHub. You may not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit unlawful data, or use Tokenmaxx to violate third-party rights.
You retain ownership of your data. You grant Tokenmaxx the limited rights needed to operate the service, including storing synced usage rollups, generating dashboards, displaying public aggregate stats, providing badge images, securing accounts, debugging, improving the product, and complying with law. Tokenmaxx does not need rights to your source code, prompts, responses, or raw local session files because those are not uploaded by the normal desktop sync flow.
Tokenmaxx may use service providers for hosting, authentication, release delivery, product analytics, diagnostics, and security. Product analytics tools, if enabled, are used to understand feature usage, reliability, and onboarding friction, not for advertising or sale of personal data.
Tokenmaxx provides list-price cost estimates for informational purposes only. Estimates are not invoices, financial advice, billing records, or guarantees of what any AI provider charged you. Tokenmaxx depends on third-party services for authentication, hosting, release delivery, analytics, diagnostics, and related operations, and those services may affect availability.
Tokenmaxx is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gfeller Web Solutions disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, and error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gfeller Web Solutions will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, lost-profit, lost-data, business interruption, or substitute-service damages. Direct liability is limited to CHF 100 or the amount you paid Tokenmaxx in the three months before the claim, whichever is greater. These limits do not limit liability that cannot legally be limited.
You may stop using Tokenmaxx at any time. Tokenmaxx may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create security risk, or if operation of the service becomes impractical. You may request account deletion at mail@maxgfeller.com.
Gfeller Web Solutions may update these Terms. Material changes will require renewed acceptance before continued account use or sync. These Terms are governed by Swiss law, excluding conflict-of-law rules. The courts of Luzern, Switzerland have jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer protection law gives you rights in another forum.
